He was knowledgeable about the area (Port Carling, Lake Rosseau and Lake Joseph) and gave us an outstanding tour. He found the perfect beach for us to stop at and enjoy the water with our dog.

Eric's communication exceeded expectations, he is very upfront and open about things. Even with a few unpredictable hiccups in the plan, he ensured we had our full length outing! Eric and his crew are very relaxed and easy going, they made sure we were comfortable and having a great time. As a first time boat renter, he made sure i was comfortable and aware of possible issues. I can't stress enough that his communication is A1. He's flexible and accommodating for your needs.
