   Aight so boom. From the get go, the customer service was AMAZING! Carlos had excellent customer service, he was attentive. Manuel made lunch soooooo good, & the Captian ensured a very safe ride. Liquor food and good vibes come with the price. I promise you this is the one.

   The crew went above and beyond to ensure our enjoyment. From the moment we stepped on board, we were greeted warmly and made to feel like VIP guests. The crew's attention to detail was remarkable. Whether it was serving food, mixing up refreshing drinks, or simply ensuring our comfort, every interaction was met with a smile and professionalism. I can't speak highly enough of the outstanding service provided by the crew, and I look forward to the opportunity to sail with them again in the future.

   60' Ultima Pirata Motor Yacht - Tulum Beach

   We had the best time! We had a group of 17 adults and the crew delivered the best possible experience we were looking for. The communication leading up to the trip was super clear. There were a few issues with the boat we were originally supposed to be on and then weather the day of, and they accommodated us with another boat and a different anchor location, which ended up being an amazing day. (They offered us a refund if we did not want to proceed with the alternate, which I think is great customer service.) Upon getting to the boat, we were greeted with cocktails and an amazing crew. We went to a sand bar cove where we anchored for the afternoon and we had a blast. We put on our playlist and they turned the music up and had drinks flowing for us all day. Midtrip they served the food and it was delicious. The only thing that I wish we would've known about ahead of time was that they did not provide towels. It was warm enough to dry off, but it would've been nice to have them so we didn't have to walk around while being dripping wet. Other than that, we will definitely charter again if we're back down in the area! Highly recommend.

   42' Azimut All-Inclusive Yacht Charter in Tulum Beach.

   Amazing experience booking this boat tour! Group of 8 guys for my bachelor party. Delicious snacks, food and of course drinks. Pablo, Espinosa and our crew took such great care of us and facilitated a great time. Unfortunately, the very rough seas did not allow us to travel far but we anchored somewhere calm and partied the day away. We also booked a van to pick us up and drop us at our house through this company, super easy!

   Incredible experience! Owner was extremely responsive and understanding of my weather concerns, but he was right, the rain passed and everything turned out great! The crew was incredibly personable and catered to our every need. Plus on board ceviche was some of the best I've ever had! Snorkeling was great, next time we'll do longer than 4 hours so we can do multiple spots. But this was definitely the highlight of the trip. Will be looking for a yacht on any future vacations now :) Thanks for a great experience!!

   This was my 2nd going on a boat ride and it was also for my best friend’s Bachelorette party. I was tasked with booking it for the 8 of us and I am so overjoyed that we went with Mikael’s team. I had a million questions before booking and I was met with the upmost patience. My group and I needed to goto the airport directly after our ride and the staff was willing to let us keep our belongings safely in their office. They were so kind to take photos for us during our experience and made us feel so taken care of. I’d highly recommend this for anyone looking to have a FUN time with their girls/friends or family. You’ll be in the best hands!
