The boat is clean, the ambiance was nice, and the boat sound system was amazing. i would totally recommend Ross charter to anyone in need in the lake Travis area or anyone traveling out of town looking for a charter.    Brian was great to book us for a last-minute boat trip. The boat was clean and it was really easy to hook up my music to the Bluetooth. The tube was great and the kids had a lot of fun. He was on time and friendly. A really easy-going guy to be around.

You were both so welcoming, friendly, and made the entire process quick and easy. The pontoon was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. We especially appreciated that you are dog-friendly, which meant our pup could enjoy the day on the water with us. That made the experience even more special! Excellent customer service, a great boat, and wonderful people—we couldn't have asked for a better day. We highly recommend renting from you and will definitely be back!

   Keith and Michelle were fantastic. Super helpful, great communication, and everything was as advertised! We had a blast cruising the lake and enjoying the lily pad and tube. I wouldn't hesitate renting again from them.
