   Explore Malta with Island Explorer Charters

   An excellent day, highlight of our holiday. Communication beforehand was fantastic. We have been to Malta several times before and wanted to go to different swimming spots. Roderick our captain took us to the most idyllic places around Gozo, stunning scenery and crystal clear water to swim in, some we had to ourselves and all were very quiet. He was amazing, letting us dictate the day and he even got us fresh sea food from the rocks! Cannot recommend highly enough, when we return we will definitely book again!

   Top notch. They allowed a customized itinerary with guidance based on our interests. The boat is beautiful, and in great condition. Paddle boarding through the caves of Crystal Lagoon was a one of a kind experience, and to get back on a beautiful boat made it a dream. We will recommend this charter to everyone.

   We had an amazing trip with Charles and with his brand-new boat. Besides the well-known spots like Blue-Lagoon, Charles recommended some charming hidden gems with almost zero tourists where we could peacefully explore the underwater world with the snorkel equipments. We also drove to a unique cave where we could swim into. He was very kind, flexible and smooth during the trip, and he is surely a well experienced skipper as well. Definitely worth it!

   Neal was a superb captain. Engaging, knowledgeable and worked super hard to make our experience the best it could be. Flawless comms meant that we were advised of poor weather and negotiated moving the booking with ease. He helped us set up on the boat, confirmed what we wanted to do for the day and then just became one of the party for the day. He joined in conversations, explained about the history and geography of Malta and constantly ensured we were all okay. He gave us time to swim, time to sightsee and took us into the Harbour which was a highlight for me. He had excellent facilities including music speakers and the boat was very new looking and spotlessly clean. I am already talking to him about a future booking and I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone who wants to take a boat out in or around Malta. He was also amendable to direct messaging about the length of booking so I would urge anyone who wants to look into a booking to reach out to him and discuss options. He has some cool ideas about where to go in a day (or overnight) so it's worth engaging with him and finding out what's possible. Very very very good Captain!

   From the point on initial inquiry to the drop off back at the harbor after the trip - i could not fault a thing. The communication was brilliant, and everything was made so easy. It really was a perfect day out for my family and I. Sheldon made the whole experience so much fun, and was so accommodating at every step of the way! I am already hoping to book again next month!    Renting a boat from Alessio was the highlight of our trip to the North West of Sicily - we went round the beautiful waters of the Egadi islands on a well maintained, comfortable RIB. With six people, bags and supplies on board we could comfortably enjoy a cruising speed of 10-12kts which was more than enough to see all the main beaches around Levanzo and Favignana. Staff were easy to reach and very helpful: when we had a small issue when our anchor got lodged in some rocks underwater, they immediately sent one of their staff on a boat to help. Highly recommended!
