Party Boat Rental with Captain & First Mate We are Fully Licensed and Insured in accordance with all State and local  Restrictions Guidelines    Pick-up & Drop-off   You choose a pick-up and drop-off location, and our Captains will confirm at least 24 hours prior to cruise with a custom *itinerary that best suits you and your guests.   *6-hour cruise will allow for up to 2 stops depending on pick-up and drop-off locations.  *4-hour Cruises will allow for 1 stop depending on pick-up and drop-off locations *(2-3)-hour cruises do not allow time for any stops YES we will stop for bathroom breaks however please note the time taken during stops may alter itineraries and/or time allotted at specific destinations and/or attractions during your cruise.   Weather Policy  – Cruise Rusty reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to weather, in which we feel the conditions are unsafe. In this situation, all reservation deposits will be refunded. Any cancellations made by primary cruise guests, and not Cruise Rusty, due to inclement weather, will be judged on a case by case scenario.
