You can anchor up in the cove and spend the day swimming and picnicking, play some water sports, fish, explore, or even make a stop at Baxter’s Fish and Chips. Rental Agreement Minimal powerboat experience is required for boat rentals. The renter and boat driver must be at least 25 years of age. A picture ID is required for verification. Lessee is responsible for any and all damage to the vessel while his/her possession. A 1,000 damage deposit is required with every rental. We do not offer optional insurance coverage at the time of the rental. No alcohol is allowed on board rental vessels. Cancellation Policy Dock cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of rental period for a refund. There is no refund of deposit within 48 hours for rentals from our dock. Refunds are considered for rain or unfavorable wind conditions, weather cancellations are determined on the day of the rental. There is no refund of deposit for cancellations. Refunds are considered for tropical storms and hurricanes and in this event are pro-rated based on loss of use.
