What to do Delivery: We will be at your dock at 10am. (typical drop off time) We will go through some paperwork and the details of the boat. The Captain and the renter will get underway, back to the nearest boat ramp as he explains the safe navigational area around where you will be staying. We watch you handle the boat and dock at the boat ramp and then the boat is all yours for the duration of your rental. - What is included with the Sun Chaser 20 DLX rental? The rental includes a well-maintained Sun Chaser 20 DLX pontoon boat, safety equipment, GPS, and full fuel tank for your convenience. - Are there any restrictions on where I can take the pontoon boat? While you have the freedom to explore most of Anna Maria, Bradenton and Sarasota waterways, upon delivery, our captain will highlighting safe and restricted zones to ensure a pleasurable and safe boating experience. - Is prior boating experience required to rent the Sun Chaser 20 DLX? While prior boating experience is beneficial, it is not required. Our team provides a comprehensive orientations session to ensure you're comfortable and confident in handling the pontoon. - Can I rent the pontoon for just one day? Our rentals start at a minimum of 3 days to allow for a relaxing experience without the pressure of a one-day return. This ensures you have ample time to explore and enjoy the waters. - What is your cancellation policy? We offer a flexible cancellation policy, allowing you to cancel up to 30 days in advance for a full refund. For cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled rental, partial refunds may be available. - How do I handle any damages during the rental period? If the boat is damaged, we’ll assess the situation and have a conversation with you about it. Repair costs may be deducted from your $1,000 damage deposit, and if the damage exceeds the deposit, you may be responsible for the additional costs. - Does the pontoon come equipped with a live well? Yes, our pontoon boat is equipped with two live wells—ideal for serious anglers or anyone needing extra space to keep their cold drinks.
