For reservations, a valid ID (Driver’s license / Passport or Passport card) is required (front and back picture). We do NOT share customer’s information. Policies: We always tries to offer breath-taking experiences, but in case of adverse weather, only 48 hours prior, we reschedule another trip without extra charge. We will complete a full refund ONLY if, on the day of the trip, the captain deems it high-risk due to unfavorable weather forecasts. Weather in Puerto Rico is quite unpredictable, keep in mind cancellations due to weather only happen when guests and captain are on-site. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in time will not be refunded and will maintain a full charge. Late arrivals and "no-shows" will not be refunded (partial or full refund) and will retain a full charge.
