Please note: arriving at your reservation time is considered late. All renters and passengers must arrive 20 minutes prior to their scheduled reservation to allow sufficient time for check-in, safety instructions, waivers, and departure. Boating Safety Requirement Florida law requires anyone born on or after January 1, 1988, who operates a personal watercraft (Jet Ski), to possess a valid Boating Safety Education Identification Card. If you do not already have one, the required temporary certification can be completed onsite for a fee of $13.99. Age Requirements - Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - Children under 14 years of age may not operate the watercraft and must ride with a qualified adult operator. - Operators must meet all Florida age and boating safety requirements. Additional Reminders - A valid government-issued photo ID is required for the primary renter. - The credit card used for the reservation must be presented at check-in. - All participants must complete and sign a liability waiver before departure. - Reservations may be delayed or canceled due to unsafe weather or water conditions. - No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, no-shows, or unused rental time. - Alcohol and drug use before or during operation of the watercraft is strictly prohibited. - All operators and passengers must follow the instructions provided during the safety briefing.
