Rental Terms And Conditions – Sea Ray Sedan Bridge 45 Ft Reservation - A deposit is required to confirm the reservation. - The remaining balance must be paid before boarding. - The reservation will not be valid until confirmation is received from the owner. Rental Schedule - Minimum rental: 4 hours. - Rental time begins at the agreed-upon departure time. - Customer delays do not extend the rental time. Capacity - Maximum number of passengers allowed according to vessel and Coast Guard regulations. - No additional passengers are allowed. Captain And Crew - The captain will be assigned/approved by the customer. - Passengers must follow the captain's instructions at all times. Fuel - Fuel is included only for local navigation and normal speed. - Longer routes or high speeds may incur additional charges. Cancellations - Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance: partial/full refund as agreed. Cancellations within 7 days: non-refundable deposit. - In case of severe weather, the departure may be rescheduled. Prohibitions - Illegal drugs are not permitted. - Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin/interior. - Weapons and dangerous activities are not permitted. - Aggressive or unsafe behavior will terminate the rental without refund. Damages And Liability - The client is responsible for damages caused by negligence or misuse. - The owner is not responsible for lost or forgotten items. Safety - All passengers must comply with maritime safety regulations. - Life jackets and emergency equipment will be available on board. Pets And Children - Pets are allowed only with prior authorization. - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Cleaning An additional fee will be charged for excessive cleaning, vomit, stains, or damage to the interior. Itinerary - The route may be modified due to weather conditions, maritime traffic, or the captain's decisions for safety reasons. Acceptance - By making the remaining payment plus the crew fit fee (75/hour) and boarding the vessel, the client accepts all established terms and conditions. Note: Gratuity is not included (18%).
