What's included: Crew (Skipper & Steward:ess) Snorcheling Sets StandUp Paddle Board What's not included: provisioning fuel (for yacht, generator and water sports equipment) mooring fees/buoys/national park fees (outside homeport), clearing fees, crew tips final cleaning (690 US $) Check in/Check out: check in: 11 am check out: 7 pm Important policies Additional costs such as fuel expenses, port fees outside the home port, buoy fees, or national park fees will be settled by the charterer at the end of the cruise, unless otherwise stated in the contract. Even after the booking confirmation has been issued, we reserve the right, in the event of new taxes, increases in taxes, or other new or increased public fees in the country where the yacht is rented or chartered, to pass on these subsequently arising costs directly to the charterer or, if applicable, to the intermediary. In urgent cases, MYW may cancel the contract within 7 days from the conclusion of the contract. In this case, MYW undertakes to refund any amounts paid promptly (if applicable, through the agency) to the charterer. If the charterer is unable to commence the charter, they must inform MYW immediately. If a replacement charter at the same conditions is successful, the charterer will receive their payments back minus any handling costs incurred, amounting to at least 20% of the charter price. Otherwise, MYW is entitled to: 50% up to 8 weeks before the charter start, 75% up to 6 weeks before the charter start, 100% up to 4 weeks before the charter start, of the charter price, plus any ordered and non-cancellable additional services such as hostess, jetski, etc. It is highly recommended that the charterer take out travel cancellation insurance. If the charterer does not pay within the specified dates, MYW may cancel the contract. Paid installments will only be refunded, minus a processing fee of 20%, if a replacement charter at the same conditions is successful. If a participant terminates a cruise prematurely, especially without being prompted by an incurable defect or force majeure, MYW retains the right to the trip price.
