Cancellation Policy We understand that travel plans can change. The following policy applies to all excursions and transfer services booked with Infinity Boat Charters. Refund schedule 1 week or more before departure: 100% refund 72 hours before departure: 50% refund 48 hours before departure: 30% refund Less than 24 hours before departure: no refund If we have to cancel (weather, technical, safety): 100% refund or rescheduling at your choice Rescheduling We are happy to move your trip to another available date when possible. Date changes are subject to fleet availability and are granted at our discretion. Please request rescheduling as early as possible to maximize availability. Weather and safety We do not cancel for moderate rain or wind, however your safety is our priority. If weather or sea conditions make a trip unsafe, our captains may cancel or reroute the charter. In that case you receive a full refund or a free reschedule. Modifications Modifications to your booking (boat, departure point, number of passengers, extras) are possible depending on notice given and availability. Contact us as soon as you know.
