Yacht Charter Terms & Conditions Reservation & Payment - A deposit is required to secure your charter date. - The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to departure. - Reservations made within 7 days of departure require full payment at booking. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made 14 or more days before the charter date receive a full refund. - Cancellations made 7–13 days before the charter date receive a 50% refund. - Cancellations made less than 6 days before departure are non-refundable. - Weather-related cancellations determined by the Captain will be rescheduled or fully refunded. Weather Policy - Charters operate rain or shine. - Only unsafe weather conditions, as determined by the Captain, may result in cancellation or rescheduling. - Light rain, cloudy conditions, or forecasted weather do not automatically qualify for cancellation. Guest Capacity - Maximum guest count shall not exceed the legal capacity established by Coast Guard regulations. - All guests must comply with crew instructions while onboard. Damage & Liability - The charterer is responsible for any damage caused by guests beyond normal wear and tear. - The yacht owner reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacement of damaged property. Conduct Policy - No illegal drugs or unlawful activities are permitted onboard. - Excessive intoxication, disorderly conduct, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the charter without refund. - The Captain has final authority regarding safety and vessel operations. Food & Beverages - Guests may bring food and beverages unless otherwise specified. - Red wine, staining foods, and glass containers may be restricted at the Captain's discretion. - Catering options may be available upon request. Shoes & Personal Items - Shoes may be required to be removed while onboard to protect yacht surfaces. - Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. - The yacht owner and crew are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Arrival & Departure - Guests should arrive 15–30 minutes before departure. - Charter time begins and ends as scheduled. - Late arrivals do not extend charter duration. Captain & Crew - The Captain's decisions regarding safety, navigation, and guest conduct are final. - Charter routes and destinations may be modified due to weather, sea conditions, or safety considerations. Gratuity - Crew gratuities are appreciated and not included unless otherwise stated. - A customary gratuity of 15–20% is standard for exceptional service but there is no obligation. Swimming & Water Activities - Swimming is permitted only with the Captain's approval and at designated locations. - Guests participate in water activities at their own risk.
