Thanks for choosing me as your dive guide and instructor.  Allow time for planning and cancellations. Eighty-five percent refund if activity is cancelled by the "renter" prior 24 hours of the activity, and 70% refund if the "renter" cancels the activity with less than 24 hours in advance.     Since Preparations and time blocking are made exclusively for our guest, booking cannot be fully refunded if made twenty-four or less prior the experience. This is time that can't be recovered.  Although moving your appointment will not show penalties.  Pictures and videos can be purchased at only $20 per group, not per person, unless a private session is requested by an individual participant within the group.  You can book alone or with your own group.  Also you can ask for private tours at just 5% more of the regular price.    Equipment is provided at no extra cost, but will be charged full price if  damaged or lost by the customer.  A full refund will be made if the activity is cancelled by the "owner"  A medical questionnaire and a liability assumption forms must be filled prior all in-water activities and it is highly recommended to do so at least 72 hours before your adventure.  A “YES” in your medical questionnaire needs  to be double checked  by a doctor to  “clear“ your form so you are able to participate. No refunds will be made if the customer brings a non-cleared form by a doctor and will not be allowed to participate.  Safety and fun come hand to hand!
