I grew in Alaska fishing, hunting, hiking, and yes a lot of boating. As an adult, a friend of mine took me out on a multi-day sailing adventure and I was HOOKED! Since then I've had three different boats trading up each time. Currently I own a Beneteau First 35s5. My boat is in Seward, Alaska and once the snow goes away, I am there every chance I get. The area is full. Of whales, glaciers, fishing, hiking, and many other marine and land animals! I love sailing and teaching people how to sail. If you haven't had a chance to sail on Beneteau's line of First racer/cruiser boats, you are missing out. Somehow Beneteau has made an excellent boat where it is just a comfortable to go out racing in 20knots of wind as it is to spend a week cruising the beautiful south central Alaska.

I have a full-time job and this is something I do on the side in the summer. I am an ASA as well as NauticED Instructor. If you book a multi day sail, you’ll get the nauticED instruction and classwork free of charge. Booking is required at least 3 days in advance and preferably at least a week for a daysail. Multi-day charters require at least a weeks notice or longer depending the amount of days you want to be out on the water. Cancellation and full refunds is refunded with projected winds over 20 knots for a daysail and 25 knots for overnight or multi day charter. All rates are for captained charter. There is no bareboat option. If that is what you’re looking for, feel free to contact me as there are other options in the area. $700/day 5-8hr $1200/night roughly 24hr
