Experienced Captains – all our captains hold Merchant Mariner Cards (real captains!). Safety First – all crew members are enrolled in the United States Coast Guard-approved random drug testing program. Bilingual Crew – we speak both English and Spanish fluently. Full Transparency – we can provide all permits and insurance upon request. Safety above all- Weather Cancellation Policy Weather cancellations are determined using the Google Weather App (Miami Beach location, hourly forecast) as the official source. A weather cancellation is permitted if:     1.    There is an 80% or higher chance of rain (averaged over the rental period).     2.    Winds are 25 mph or higher (averaged over the rental period). Additional Terms:     •    Weather cancellations must be requested at least 6 hours before departure.     •    If the trip begins and conditions worsen, no refunds or rescheduling will be issued unless otherwise agreed upon before departure.     •    In any situation outside the criteria above, rescheduling or refunds must be agreed upon by both parties.     •    Weather-related cancellations follow the same refund structure: a maximum of 90% will be refunded. ⸻ Late Arrival Policy     •    Guests arriving 30 minutes or more after the scheduled departure time may forfeit the trip without refund.     •    We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but due to scheduling, we cannot guarantee full trip duration or service quality if departure is delayed. ⸻ Rescheduling Policy     •    We allow guests to reschedule their trip once without penalty.     •    If the rescheduled trip is later canceled by the client, no refund will be issued.
