Baggy is 58.4 feet long and caters for 6 guests in three double cabins and carries a crew of 2 or 3 depending on requirements. For larger groups and families, that don’t mind sharing a bathroom, additional sleeping accommodation for 3 can be provided in the salon that converts into a double bed and a single. Great for watching late night movies on the big screen. Designed by Philip Briand and built close to the Atlantic Coast of France. Luxuriously appointed and fully air-conditioned. Baggy’s deck cockpit is huge and ideal for entertainment, and at anchor a swim platform is lowered from which guests can enjoy playing in the beautiful warm clear tropical waters. Baggy comes fully set up with Mares Diving Equipment and a Coltri Compressor. Terms and Conditions The Owner requires the terms and conditions read and signed by the Charterer. This document details your rights and responsibilities as a client for the Jeanneau 57 (J57). Clause 1 - Health and Safety: Water sports (sailing, diving, snorkeling, etc.) activities hold an element of risk. Thus with any participation in these activities it is at your own risk. The Owner cannot be held accountable for accidents associated with improper use of equipment whilst on board J57. The Captain is responsible for assuring that he/she and all on board are fit and well and will do his/her best to complete the plan itinerary and or activity. However in the interests of safety The Owner reserves the right to change the planned itinerary (without prior warning) and will decide if the vessel is deemed fit to make such a passage. The Owner has the right to cancel any trip due to weather conditions at the last minute. Clause 2 - Illegal substances: The Owner strictly prohibits the use or consumption of illegal drugs on J57. The consumption of alcohol or drugs may increase the risk of injury around water and boats and the Charterer and their passengers accept that risk. The Captain reserves the right to stop the trip at any stage if it is deemed that a passenger is under the influence of drugs or is intoxicated with alcohol that he/she could endanger the lives of themselves or other passengers. Smoking within the interior of the vessel is explicitly prohibited due to the inherent danger of fire. Clause 3 Liability: The Owner does not accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of its clients whether negligent or otherwise and shall not be held liable for any claims made against them (or as a result of their actions) either by other clients of The Owner or third parties. The Owner accepts no liability for losses that were actually unforeseeable to those involved at the time of booking, losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of the company and any business losses or similar to the client as a result of an unforeseen circumstance.
