WEATHER The captain may cancel or reschedule the trip if weather or sea conditions are unsafe. If we cancel for weather, you can choose a new date or a full refund. LATE ARRIVAL / NO-SHOW Please arrive at the meeting point on time. If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, the captain may shorten the trip to keep the schedule. No-shows are non-refundable. CAPACITY Maximum 8 guests, as certified by the Thai Marine Department. The captain cannot take more passengers than this under any circumstances. SAFETY - Life jackets are onboard for every guest. The captain may ask guests to wear them in certain conditions, and children must wear them at all times. - Follow the captain's instructions at all times. The captain has the final say on all safety matters and may end the trip early if safety is at risk. - No jumping from the boat while it is under way. - Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. BOAT RULES - Please remove hard-soled shoes before boarding. - Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the boat or equipment. - No illegal substances. FOOD AND DRINKS Basic food and drinks are included. Tell us about allergies or dietary restrictions before the trip.
