Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy 1. Booking and Payment A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required payment. The yacht is reserved exclusively for the booked date and time. 2. Guest Cancellation All cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking. No refund will be provided for late arrival, no-show, early departure, seasickness, change of plans or personal reasons. 3. Rain and Weather Conditions Rain, cloudy weather, passing showers or a forecast of rain are not grounds for cancellation, rescheduling or refund. This yacht is equipped with an air-conditioned enclosed cabin and covered areas for guest comfort. Yacht trips will proceed in light or moderate rain where conditions remain safe for navigation. 4. Unsafe Weather and Captain's Authority The safety of our guests and crew is our highest priority. The captain has final authority to determine whether conditions are safe for departure and navigation. If the captain determines that the trip cannot safely proceed due to severe weather, dangerous sea conditions, official marine warnings or other safety concerns, This yacht may offer rescheduling, an alternative itinerary, a shortened route or other appropriate arrangements. Guests may not cancel or claim a refund solely because of rain or an unfavorable weather forecast if the captain determines that conditions are safe for operation. 5. No Alcohol Policy This yacht maintains a strict alcohol-free policy. The consumption, possession or bringing of alcoholic beverages on board is not permitted at any time. Guests who fail to comply with this policy may be refused boarding or have the trip terminated without refund. 6. Itinerary Changes Routes, islands, swimming locations and anchoring points are subject to weather, sea conditions, tides, marine traffic and the captain's assessment. Specific destinations cannot be guaranteed. 7. Late Arrival Guests should arrive at the specified check-in time. Late arrival may result in a shorter cruising time, as the scheduled end time may remain unchanged. 8. Guest Safety and Conduct Guests must follow all safety instructions given by the captain and crew. The captain reserves the right to refuse boarding or terminate a trip if a guest behaves dangerously, threatens the safety of others or fails to comply with safety instructions. 9. Swimming and Water Activities Swimming, paddleboarding and other water activities are subject to weather, sea conditions and the captain's approval. Guests participate in water activities at their own risk and must follow all crew instructions. 10. Damage to the Yacht or Equipment Guests may be held responsible for damage to the yacht, equipment or property caused by negligence, misuse or intentional acts. 11. Final Authority The captain's decision regarding safety, navigation, itinerary, swimming and continuation of the trip is final
