Rental Terms By booking this experience, guests agree to the following: Booking & Payments - All reservations and payments must be completed through GetMyBoat. - Cancellation policies are governed by the selected GetMyBoat cancellation terms shown at checkout. Arrival - Please arrive 15–20 minutes prior to departure for boarding and a safety briefing. - Late arrivals may shorten your rental, as return times cannot be extended. Weather - Guest comfort is important, but light rain or cloudy conditions do not automatically result in cancellation. - If conditions are deemed unsafe by the designated operator (including severe weather or high winds), we'll work with you to reschedule or follow GetMyBoat's cancellation policy. Food & Beverages - Guests are welcome to bring food and beverages. - A cooler is provided onboard. - Please avoid red wine whenever possible, and use cans or plastic containers instead of glass. Decorations - Balloons and removable decorations are welcome with prior approval. - Confetti, glitter, smoke devices, fireworks, and permanent adhesives are not permitted. Shoes - Shoes must be removed before boarding to help protect the vessel. Smoking - Smoking or vaping is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. - Nothing may be thrown into the water. Swimming - Swimming is only permitted when the vessel is safely anchored and weather and water conditions allow. Music - Connect your phone to the onboard Bluetooth sound system and enjoy your own playlists. Safety - All guests must follow the designated operator's safety instructions throughout the trip. - Excessive intoxication, unsafe behavior, violence, or damage to the vessel may result in the trip ending immediately without refund. Vessel Care - Guests are responsible for any excessive cleaning, damage, or missing equipment caused by their group. Additional Guests - Pricing is based on the number of guests included in your offer. - Additional guests may be accommodated, subject to the vessel's approved capacity and applicable pricing. Gratuity - Operator gratuity is not included and is always appreciated for exceptional service.
