Weather Policy I understand that jet-skiing is a weather-permitted activity and that high winds and rough seas may affect my ride time. In the event of bad weather, Jet Ski Chicago will work with the customer to reschedule their time. Jet Ski Safety Policy I understand that pregnant women and those under the influence are unable to ride the jet skis. Jet Ski Chicago reserves the right to cancel, without refund, any customer in violation of this policy. Rescheduling Policy We cannot guarantee availability for rescheduling after your booking is made. We will do our best to accommodate any changes in your schedule, but we may no longer have availability after your initial booking is made. Cancellations Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to departure time either by telephone, text or email to receive a full refund.
