Weather Policy We operate in typical lake conditions, including light wind, clouds, and light rain. Refunds or rescheduling will only be provided in cases of unsafe weather, including: - High winds - Lightning / storms - Severe weather advisories The operator makes final determination for safety reasons. If conditions are deemed unsafe: - You will be offered a reschedule or credit Late Arrivals Your rental time begins at the scheduled start time. - Late arrivals do not extend the booking - Please arrive 15–20 minutes early for check-in and instructions Cleaning & Condition - Boats must be returned in reasonable condition - Excessive cleaning may result in a $100–$250 cleaning fee - Garbage must be removed at the end of your booking Fuel - Fuel is not included unless specified - Boats must be returned with fuel replaced or fuel charges will apply Damage Deposit A security deposit of $1,000–$2,000 is required. This covers: - Damage to the vessel - Missing equipment - Excessive cleaning Deposit is released after inspection. Operation & Responsibility - The renter is responsible for safe operation of the boat - All local boating laws must be followed - No reckless or unsafe behavior If you do not have boating experience: - We strongly recommend selecting an independent driver Prohibited Activities - Operating under the influence - Overloading beyond capacity - Unsafe or reckless use of the vessel Violation may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund. Overnight Use (If Applicable) For overnight bookings: - Quiet hours must be respected where applicable - Boats must remain secured at approved locations - Guests are responsible for their own safety while onboard Important Note We strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for every guest.
