Rental Terms To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review our key rental policies: - Weather Cancellations: Your safety is our priority. In the event of unsafe weather conditions (e.g., high winds, heavy rain, lightning) as determined by Camp Richardson Marina staff, your booking may be rescheduled or a full refund will be issued. We will endeavor to provide as much notice as possible. - Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled rental time for check-in and a mandatory safety briefing. Late arrivals may result in a reduced rental period. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the booking time will be charged the full rental fee. - Safety Considerations: All renters must adhere to all Lake Tahoe boating regulations and safety guidelines. Life jackets are required for all children under 13 and are strongly recommended for all passengers. A safety orientation will be provided before departure. - Boat Rules: - - No smoking or vaping on board. - Glass containers are prohibited. - Please help us keep Lake Tahoe beautiful by properly disposing of all trash. - The boat must be returned in the same condition it was rented. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the renter. - Fuel: The boat will be provided with a full tank of fuel. Renters are responsible for the cost of fuel consumed during their rental period. - Operator Requirements: The primary operator must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license. - Capacity: The 22-foot Regal has a maximum capacity of 8 passengers.
