Like-new 20ft. party barge with a complete Bimini top for shade. Holds up to 8 people or up to recommended weight capacity. Has a new 90 HP motor. Driver must be at least 21 years of age with a valid drivers license and a credit card at the time of renting while filling out paperwork. Please confirm this when booking. Drives must pay for gas. Boat includes : Bluetooth audio, and U.S. Coast Guard-compliant life vests on board. **AGES 13 AND UNDER MUST HAVE A LIFE JACKET AT ALL TIMES ON THE BOAT** **DRIVER MUST NOT DRINK AND THEN OPERATE THE BOAT! WILL CHARGE FOR ANY DAMAGE REPAIRS!!** **We have the right to refuse service to anyone we believe is not applicable**

Great experience! Eduardo had everything ready on departure and was waiting for us promptly upon return. Easy to find the dock and his communication was great. Definitely recommend going through him. Nice boat too!

We had a great time renting a pontoon boat on Lake Havasu today. Eduardo was awesome and made everything very easy. The boat was clean and well kept, and getting on and off was smooth. We enjoyed a relaxing 4-hour ride and would definitely recommend him!

-Up to 24 hour free cancellation. -No show bookings lose deposit, late arrivals without notice lose deposit *1 hour grace period* -13 and under wear life jackets on the boat at all times. -Must have an idea on how to operate boat, doesn't need to be a expert *5 minute safety class available if needed in water * -Driver is must not drink and then operate boat! Just like a car! -No more than the max *9* people on boat. -Be cautious with propeller, the lake is pretty shallow in some parts and it cost me $150, will be charged if brought back in different conditions. -Before returning the boat, pick up all food and trash. -Have fun but safe fun and enjoy. **If seen breaking any rules from above, rental will be terminated and fees may apply**
