Cancellation Policy While we know life happens and we try our best to be as flexible as possible once a booking is made; we have reserved that yacht for your party and have turned other guests away. If a booking is cancelled 72 hours or more in advance for any reason, we will give a full refund. If is if 48 hours or less we will give a 50% refund and 24 hours or less there is unfortunately no refund. We are a small business so please be patient with us as we are trying to take care of you if things do change. Weather Cancellations We know the weather can always be a factor, hey it’s the Caribbean and mother nature does not always cooperate. If the captain does not deem the trip to be safe, then of course we will give a 100% refund and/or reschedule your trip for the next available day availability permitting. We promise to try our best but we also want to make sure everyone has a day they cannot forget for the right reasons! Services Rendered Once a boat leaves the dock the trip is considered fulfilled and unless a major mechanical failure or catastrophic event ceases the trip, we will consider the trip rendered. If a customer needs to come back early due to illness or simply change in plans the trip is not prorated back based on time or food and beverage not used. We want you to enjoy the food and beverage so please make sure you do and drink responsibly.
