1st) The amount of this contract will be paid by the Tenant. 2) The amount of this contract includes the following items: I.V.A. Skipper, dock, water and electricity in the port of Port of Pollença, accident insurance, final cleaning of the boat and auxiliary dinghy with outboard motor. The following concepts are not included in this contract: moorings outside the base port, and in general any concept not specified. 3) A reservation can be canceled with the following conditions: Up to 15 days date of shipment will incur a cost of 20% of the total rental contract. In case of adverse climatology, the day will be changed according to availability or the amount paid will be refunded. 4) The boat object of this contract, will be destined of exclusive way to the navigation of recreation. 5) The lessee is obliged to use all the elements of the boat as if they were his property according to the norms of the good navigator, complying scrupulously with the current Legislation and with respect to the instructions of the different Captaincies. 6) The Lessee is obliged to keep in good condition of the leased vessel, as well as of all the existing installations and accessories. 7) The Master is the highest authority on board. He will be solely responsible for the government and safety of all passengers along with the vessel. Decisions that can be taken at any time for the sake of security or coexistence on board, can not be challenged by any passenger. Likewise, the Patron is entitled to disembark those passengers who endanger their safety and that of others. 8) The number of passengers will be limited to the number of authorized places of the boat. 9th) The leased vessel is fully insured and has all the permits and authorizations to carry out this activity. In leases without a Master, a deposit will be made as a deposit for the amount of which will vary according to the leased boat and will be stipulated in the mandatory contract. In no case may the government of the vessel be ceded to a person other than the one designated in the contract. Likewise it is expressly forbidden, the participation in races and sport competitions with a boat leased and without Patron. Likewise and in boats leased without Patron, the Lessee agrees not to leave the boat moored to a buoy or anchored, without any person on board, in roads or unprotected waters and that does not require payment of mooring right. The Lessee is obliged to carry on board the leased vessel only the authorized number of persons. The Lessee is responsible for any damage or damage that occurs in the leased vessel without a Master, and of the loss or loss of any of its elements or accessories. Any damage, loss, loss or loss suffered by the vessel shall entitle our company to reduce from the deposit the amount necessary to repair it, practicing afterwards the corresponding liquidation. 10) The itineraries can undergo modifications, of route, as well as the schedules and days of departure, due to possible adverse weather conditions or accidental damages. These modifications will not give right to any indemnity, claim of the amount of the trip, nor extension in the term foreseen in this contract. 11) In rentals without Patron and in the event that any accident that affects the leased vessel, its crew, passengers, third persons or property, the renter, by means of the formalization of an accident in writing, will notify our company the causes, circumstances and consequences of what happened, as well as the names and surnames of the cause of the fact, witness and other injured if any. 12) The formalization and payment of the reservation of a boat implies the tacit acceptance of the previous conditions.
