Paddle Board Rental Terms & Safety Policy By renting a paddle board, you agree to the following terms: - Equipment Responsibility: Renters are responsible for all equipment provided, including the paddle board, paddle (oar), life jacket, and ankle leash. Lost or damaged items (including paddles or life jackets) will be subject to replacement charges. - Ankle Leash Requirement: The safety ankle strap must be worn and secured at all times while on the water. - Personal Safety: Paddle boarding is a physical activity. Renters are responsible for their own safety and should only participate if they feel physically capable. - Weather & Conditions: If you begin to experience fatigue, exhaustion, or notice increasing wind or unsafe water conditions, you must return to the launch area immediately. - Use at Your Own Risk: All participants assume full responsibility for any risks associated with paddle boarding.
