Important Booking Policies Weather Cancellations: Your safety is our top priority. In the event of severe weather or unsafe sea conditions, we may cancel or reschedule your trip. If we cancel due to weather and you’re unable to reschedule, you will receive a full refund. Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Please arrive on time. We allow a 15-minute grace period, after which the trip may be shortened or canceled without refund. No-shows will be charged in full. Safety First: All guests must follow the captain’s safety instructions at all times. Life jackets and safety gear are provided. If anyone in your group cannot swim or has medical concerns, please let us know in advance. Boat Rules: • No smoking on board • No glass bottles • Children must be supervised at all times • Alcohol is allowed in moderation intoxicated guests will not be permitted to board Damage & Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the vessel. Please help us keep the boat clean and respect the equipment and environment.
