Light rain or cloudy skies do not qualify for cancellation. 🕒 Late & No-Show Policy: Charters begin and end at the scheduled time. If you are late, that time is deducted from your booking. No-shows will be charged in full. 🦺 Safety First: All passengers must follow Coast Guard regulations. Life jackets are provided and required for children under 13. The captain (if provided) has full authority to end the trip for unsafe behavior without refund. 🚫 Boat Rules: - No smoking onboard - No red wine, glass bottles, or staining foods - No diving while the boat is in motion - Shoes off while on deck - Guests under the influence may be denied boarding 🧼 Cleaning & Damage: Please leave the boat as you found it. Excessive cleaning or damages will result in additional fees.
