Rental Terms & Conditions To ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-organized yacht experience, all reservations with our company are subject to the following basic terms: Reservations are confirmed only after the agreed deposit payment is received. The remaining balance must be paid before the cruise starts, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In case of unsuitable weather or sea conditions, the final decision regarding the cruise belongs to the captain and our company. If the cruise cannot be operated safely due to weather conditions, the reservation may be rescheduled to another available date. Safety is always our first priority. Guests are kindly requested to arrive at the departure point on time. Late arrival may reduce the total cruise duration, as the yacht schedule is planned according to confirmed reservation hours. No-show reservations or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. All guests must follow the captain’s safety instructions during the cruise. For safety reasons, jumping into the sea, leaning dangerously over the railings, entering restricted crew areas, or behaving in a way that may risk the safety of guests, crew, or the yacht is strictly prohibited. Smoking may only be allowed in designated outdoor areas, subject to the captain’s approval. Any damage caused to the yacht, equipment, furniture, decoration, or onboard items by guests will be charged to the responsible guest or booking party. Outside food, beverages, alcohol, decoration materials, photographers, musicians, or other service providers must be approved by our company before the reservation. Additional service or cleaning fees may apply depending on the organization details. Our company reserves the right to cancel or end the cruise early in case of unsafe behavior, excessive alcohol consumption, damage to the yacht, disrespectful behavior toward the crew, or violation of safety rules.
