This boat is fast, and that is what you can expect when sailing this Corsair F24 trimaran! But, she is also very stable and leans or "heals" very little compared to a traditional mono-hull sailboat thanks to her two "Amas" or side-hulls which act like training wheels on a bike. A very comfortable way to sail! She is a sloop, with roller furling sails, so a very easy boat to sail and learn on. She is available to rent (with Captain provided) for day charters on the Columbia River for $300 per half-day (3 hours) or $600 for a full day (6 hours). Any additional time is billed at $100/hour. Tips are graciously accepted if you have a wonderful day on the water. NOTE: I’m currently doing captain work up in Alaska and will return the week of August 21st. Until then, WikiWiki is available EVENINGS 6-9pm, and WEEKENDS ONLY until I return With Captain Bruce available to serve you. Please make your booking requests accordingly. Special sunset cruises are also available by requesting a quote. She can accommodate up to 700 pounds of passenger weight, typically 4 adults or two adults and some kids. A popular destination is Government Island Marine Park for a picnic or beach combing walk. Or just enjoy the pure excitement of fast multihull sailing on the mighty Columbia. The choice is yours! You can also rent her for sailing lessons at $50 per person/hour with a 2 person/ 2 hour minimum. So, come sail with us! Bring your friends and family. Your food and beverages are welcome (You must open your own adult beverages). It's about the most fun you can legally have on a sailboat! I'm looking forward to assuring you have a safe and enjoyable time on the water. -Captain Joe
Weather predictions were gnarly, but Captain Joe was really well prepared and got a really good crew together. I’m so glad because the weather turned out perfect, and we had the best time! Will make this a regular thing for sure, thank you Joe and Bruce!
Ahoy! Let me introduce myself. My name is Joe Bruzda. I’ve been sailing and boating now for over 50 years. I’ve owned over 20 boats in that time ranging from 8’-47’, and I have sailed in some of the most exciting placing this earth has to offer. I’m also a licensed professional Captain and have taught sailing, relocated yachts, and worked on adventure cruise ships up in Alaska. One thing I’ve learned with all that experience is that if you love and take care of your boat(s), they will take care of you! So, know that my current boat, a Corsair F24 Trimaran is in top condition and ready to provide you with one of the most exciting sailing experiences you’ve ever had. If you’ve never sailed on a trimaran, you’re in for a treat! Trimarans are FAST, but also very stable with a slight healing angle, and very easy to sail. Contact me with any questions you may have and schedule your sail today. I’m looking forward to sailing with you! -Captain Joe
