What You Can Expect: Advance Adventure Diver SDI If you have taken your Open Water Scuba Diver course and are now ready to expand your knowledge, but would like to see what comes first, then the Advanced Adventure Diver SDI course is for you! The Advanced Adventure SDI course will give you an overview of five different specialties of SDI. Two of the specialties required are the deep water and navigation specialties that are the basis of a diver's continuing education. The rest of the specialty dives that you can opt for include: • Advanced Buoyancy Control • Altitude Diver • Boat Diver • Computer Nitrox Diver • Drift Diver • Marine Ecosystem Awareness • Many more! This course aims to present each of the five selected specialties; Not the complete understanding of the chosen specialty. During the course you will learn how to work with divers, guide certified divers, and act as a dive guide by showing underwater divers the places where marine life lives at dive sites. It will increase your knowledge about physics and physiology, as well as your diving and snorkeling skills. Inactive Diver / Refresher SDI The Inactive Diver SDI program is designed to update and review the levels of knowledge and skills of an inactive diver. SDI encourages the use of this program to instructors, assistant instructor, Dive master and diving centers that have doubts about an individual's diving history. This program can also be used as a leveler for continuing education programs.
