ABOUT THE BOAT: The Jeanneau Cap Camarat 10.5 WA is designed for both performance and comfort. Powered by twin 300 HP engines, it offers a smooth and thrilling ride across the Adriatic. The boat features a spacious sun deck for lounging, a cozy cabin for relaxing or escaping the midday sun, and modern navigation equipment to ensure a safe journey. It comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for groups of friends or families seeking a memorable day on the water. WHAT'S INCLUDED: The charter includes all essential safety gear, GPS, maps, and complimentary water and soft drinks. WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED: Fuel is not included and will be paid separately based on usage. A paddleboard and seabob are available for an additional fee to enhance your adventure. Tips are not included, but are always appreciated. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: Bareboat rentals are available to guests who hold a valid boating license and sufficient experience. A security deposit is required for bareboat rentals. Additional Terms & Information
Weather Cancellations: In case of bad weather (high winds, storms, etc.) that would compromise safety, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking. In such cases, no cancellation fees will apply, and we will offer alternative dates or a full refund. Late or No-Show Bookings: If you’re running late, please contact us immediately. - If you arrive within 1 hour of your scheduled departure time and notify us in advance, there will be no additional charge. - If there is no communication or you arrive more than 1 hour late, we will charge the full booking amount, and the trip will be considered a no-show. Flight Changes: If your arrival is delayed due to flight changes and you inform us in advance, you will not be charged any additional fees for the delay. We understand that travel plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Safety Considerations: Your safety is our top priority. All guests must follow the safety instructions provided by our skipper (or by us in the case of bareboat rentals). Life jackets are provided and must be worn when necessary. We reserve the right to terminate the trip without refund if safety protocols are not adhered to. Boat Rules: - Pets are allowed only upon prior agreement. - We ask that you respect the boat’s cleanliness and keep it tidy during your trip. - Excessive noise, disturbing other passengers, or any illegal activities will result in immediate termination of the trip. Security Deposit: For bareboat rentals, a refundable security deposit will be required at the time of booking. This will be refunded after the boat is safely returned, assuming no damage. Fuel & Extras: Fuel is charged based on consumption and is payable at the end of your trip. Extra services (e.g., seabob, paddleboards) come with additional fees and must be requested in advance.
