Rental Terms & Conditions Booking & Payment - Full payment is required prior to departure to secure the reservation. Captain & Crew - A licensed captain and professional crew are provided with every booking to ensure safety and comfort. Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations made 4 days or more before departure will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 4 days before departure are non-refundable, unless the cancellation is due to severe weather (as determined by the captain). - No-shows or last-minute cancellations are strictly non-refundable. Weather Policy - If the trip must be canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. Final weather-related decisions are made by the captain. Guest Responsibility - The renter is responsible for the conduct and safety of all guests on board. - Any damage to the yacht beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the renter. No Shoes on Board - To maintain the yacht in excellent condition, guests may be asked to remove shoes while on board. No Illegal Substances - Drugs and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the charter with no refund. Safety First - The captain has full authority regarding safety and navigation. Guests are required to follow all crew instructions at all times. Alcohol & Food - Alcoholic beverages are permitted for guests aged 21 and older. - Excessive intoxication, disruptive behavior, or violations of safety rules may result in early termination of the charter without refund.
