- The boat may only be operated by the Renter or a designated, experienced captain approved by the Owner. - The boat may not leave U.S. waters. - No smoking, drugs, or illegal activity is allowed onboard. - Maximum capacity must not exceed U.S. Coast Guard limits. Children under 13 must wear life jackets at all times. - The boat will be inspected with the Renter before and after the rental. - Renter agrees to return the boat in the same condition it was in at departure. Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit or billed to the Renter. - Renter is fully liable for all damage to the boat or equipment during the rental period. - Owner is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property while the boat is in use. - Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any claims resulting from use of the boat. - If weather is unsafe (Owner’s discretion), rental may be rescheduled or refunded. - Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental will result in loss of deposit. - Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted. The designated captain must remain sober. Any excessive intoxication or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of rental without refund.
