All riders must arrive 10-20 minutes before departure for check-in, safety briefing, and waiver signing. • Driver must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID. • A temporary Florida Boater Safety Certificate is required (link provided after booking). • Fuel and safety equipment are included with every rental. • No-show or late arrivals (15+ minutes) may result in shortened ride time or cancellation without refund. • Weather Policy: If unsafe weather conditions occur, we will reschedule or issue a full credit toward a future booking. • Speed limits and geofence zones must be followed at all times for safety. • No alcohol, drugs, or reckless riding permitted. • Riders are responsible for any damage due to negligence or misuse. *We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings for safety or operational reasons.
