Boat Rules: • Maximum 8 guests  • No smoking onboard. • No pets. • No red wine or staining foods inside the cabin. • Please use a towel before sitting if wearing sunscreen. • Shoes may be removed aboard • Children must remain under adult supervision at all times. • No illegal drugs or weapons onboard. • Please treat the yacht as if it were your own. • The Charterer is responsible for the conduct of all guests during the charter. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities.  Please review the following policies before booking: **Weather Policy:** If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the master (strong winds, thunderstorms, or other hazardous conditions), your trip will be rescheduled at no additional cost. We always strive to find the next available date that works for you.  **Cancellation Policy:** Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, late arrivals, or no-shows are non-refundable. **Arrival Time:** Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Late arrivals may reduce your time on the water, as we must respect other scheduled bookings.
