- Vessel may wait for late guests at the discretion of the charterer, however return times may not be changed based on vessel scheduling. No shows will forfeit full amount of charter. - All guests bringing and/or consuming alcoholic beverages onboard bust be 21 years of age or older per state law. Captain reserves the right to cut-off any guests consumption of alcoholic beverages. - Per Federal Regulation, No illegal substances may be brought aboard, this includes Marijuana. - Captain reserves the exclusive right to terminate or cancel any cruise at any time for reasons to include, but not limited to weather, guest behavior, and mechanical issues. Weather and mechanical issues will be offered a refund or rescheduling based on vessel availability. - Cruises terminated or cancelled as a result of guest behavior are not eligible for refund or rescheduling and the charterer will forfeit all deposits for said cruise.
