🚨 Rental Terms & Policies: ⛅ Weather Policy: Your safety is our top priority. In the event of unsafe weather (high winds, lightning, heavy rain), we will offer to reschedule your booking at no cost or provide a full refund if no alternative time is available. ⏰ Late Arrival & No-Shows: Charters start promptly at the reserved time. Late arrivals will result in shortened trip time with no refund. No-shows will be charged in full. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to ensure a smooth launch. 🧯 Safety Rules: - All guests must follow captain instructions at all times. - Life jackets will be provided and must be worn during any water sport activities. - No glass containers on board. - Alcohol is permitted in moderation. No disorderly conduct will be tolerated. - No shoes will be allowed on the boat. Shoes will be stored safely in a large bin to be stored under the floorboard of the boat. 🚫 Damage & Liability: A security allowance of $500 will be held and fully refundable after the trip if no damage occurs. Renter is responsible for damage to the boat, gear, or dock caused by negligence. ⛽ Fuel Policy: Boat will launch with a full tank. Renter is responsible for the cost of fuel used and will fill up tank at local marina with customer credit card or customer will be billed for refueling at the end of the day. 🧠Captain Policy: This is a captain-driven charter only. Renters may not operate the vessel unless proof of 5+ years’ experience operating wakeboats is provided and verified prior to launch. 🍹 Optional Boathouse Lounge Upgrade: Add exclusive dock access for $150/hr – includes prime seating, music, food/drink space, and panoramic lake views. Advance notice required.
