Weather Cancellation Policy: Your safety is our top priority. In the event of adverse weather conditions such as strong winds, storms, or lightning, we may need to cancel or reschedule your rental. Please familiarize yourself with our specific weather cancellation conditions. We strive to provide refund or rescheduling options when feasible. - Late or No-Show Bookings: We kindly request that you arrive on time for your reservation. Please note that no refunds for no-shows or late arrivals are without prior notification. If you anticipate running late or cannot make it, please inform us as soon as possible to discuss potential options. - Safety Considerations: Your safety and the safety of others are paramount. Before operating the JetSki, you are required to meet specific safety requirements. Additionally, it is mandatory to follow all lake rules and regulations. Any infractions issued on the JetSki or confiscation of the JetSki by police or park rangers will result in the renter being responsible for all associated recovery costs. Furthermore, the renter's payment will be forfeited, and the renter will be banned from booking with us again. - Boat Rules and Restrictions: To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, specific rules, and restrictions apply to operating JetSkis. These may include speed limits, designated operating areas, and guidelines on prohibited activities such as jumping wakes or reckless driving. Familiarize yourself with these guidelines to avoid accidents, penalties, or damage charges. - Damage and Liability Policies: We understand that accidents happen. In the event of any damages or equipment malfunction, we have policies in place. These may include deposit requirements, liability waivers, and responsibilities for damages during the rental period. We recommend reviewing and understanding our policies regarding damages and liability to ensure a transparent and smooth process. - Booking and Cancellation Policies: To make your reservation process seamless, specific booking and cancellation policies are in effect. Cancellations made five days or less before the rental booking date are non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully review these policies before making a reservation to understand the terms and conditions associated with your booking. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if for any reason vessels aren’t allowed at lake for any reason like not passing inspection or safety reasons. Or for any breakdowns. You are responsible for any damages done to the units including minor scratches anything done to them you are responsible for 100%. If you flip Jet Skis on the water I charge $500 if there’s water inside engine bay and no other damages done to engine. If other engine damages occur you are responsible for that as well. If jet ski is being repaired you can be charged down time of $120/day while it’s being worked on til job is completed You as the renter also are responsible for your safety and safety of others you must follow lake rules and laws. I am not responsible for anything you do, or any accidents that occur I am not liable for anything you as the renter do while vessels are under your possession. Only person that can operate the vessels are the ones that have signed the contract. No one else can drive them.
