In reality, you can fish for Nile perch all year. It divides the year into two seasons (summer - winter). Winter season (October to February)The lake is at its highest level of the year and the Nile perch is greater depth, between 6 and 12 m, it is the season of big fish trolling and casting. The fly fishing is not recommended in winter. Summer season ( March to late May )Until September you can fish off the end of May but because the high heat in Egypt The Nile perch is in the shallower waters between 2-6 meters and very close to shore for the reason that the tilapia.
