Freediving Discovery (5-Hours) Our Discover Freediving Program is a great first step to learn more about our sport in a short period of time. You can choose to take a session in the swimming pool only or you can decide to join us in the open water, feeling absolutely safe and comfortable whichever option you choose. The Course Content • 1 breathing and relaxation session • 1 dry breath hold session • 1 theory session • 1 water session Freediving Level 1 (2 Days 1/2) The Freediver course introduces you to static, dynamic and constant weight freediving knowledge and skills. It is intended for enthusiastic freedivers so it emphasizes the specialized breathing techniques, equipment, procedures and safety issues associated with freediving. This is done in only 2 days ½ and the aim is to get you to freedive comfortably and safely to 10-20 m of depth. The Course Content • 2 theory sessions • 1 dynamic apnea session • 1 static apnea session • 3 open water sessions Freediving Level 2 (3-Days) Achieving a new freediving time or reaching a new depth is an incredible feeling. It satisfies that very personal desire to do your best and be proud of what you can accomplish. The advanced Freediver course is designed to fulfill that personal need to refine and improve your freediving skills, allowing you to progress slowly while learning how your body performs during apnea. Course Content: • 3 theory sessions • 1 static apnea • 1 dynamic apnea session • 4 open water sessions Freediving Level 3 (4-Days) The Course takes you to a whole new level of confidence in your freediving skills. You will you learn the latest techniques for deeper diving and you will learn more about conditioning your body for freediving. This course will help you to redefine the limits of your freediving abilities. Course Content: • 4 theory sessions • 5 open water sessions • 1 static apnea session • 1 dynamic apnea session • 1 stretching session & relaxation session Prerequisites for the Freediving Courses: • Be at least 18 years (or 12 with parental consent). • Know how to swim. • Medical certificate with less than two years, indicating you “do not have medical contraindications for freediving”. • Includes: freediving equipment, insurance during the course.
