We booked a boat for October 11, 2025 for 9 people from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM for $452, and the experience ended terribly. After the excursion, we were left completely stranded. The staff walked us out to an alley and said a car would come get us, but no one ever showed up. We tried calling and messaging the driver multiple times, and he never responded. This was our first time in Punta Cana, and being abandoned with no transportation felt unsafe and extremely unprofessional. We had to figure out our own way back to the hotel because they didn’t provide the return ride that was included in the booking. For the price and the promises they made, this was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend booking with them unless they significantly improve their service. I have emailed you as well like your team asked me to do.
