We had an amazing Canada Day celebration with Jay and his boat! Our hiking group, Pogodni Wędrowcy, had a truly unforgettable experience. Jay was a friendly, welcoming, and accommodating captain who made sure everyone had a fantastic time. He gave us plenty of time to cruise around Toronto Harbour, relax, take photos, and enjoy the beautiful scenery from the boat. The highlight of the evening was watching the spectacular Canada Day fireworks over the Toronto skyline—it was absolutely breathtaking! Thank you, Jay, for making our celebration so special. Additional Terms & Information

Security allowance is for damages to the boat and incidentals. Up to that amount and is only charged if a claim is made. Full refund up to 7 days before booking date. Price quoted includes up to 15 passengers. There may be a fee for additional persons after 15 passengers. Rental starts at the time specified in booking. We recommend making sure your entire group is present and ready to board at the time specified in your booking confirmation (or the time specified by your captain if changes to the booking need to be made; see below). Time spent waiting for late guests to arrive counts toward the allotted rental time. The vessel will return to port 15 minutes prior to the end of the booking to allow time for your group to gather their belongings and safely disembark. We reserve the right to slightly change start times if needed due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified if there is a change to your start time. All passengers must board at once; we are not allowed to wait at the dock for late guests to arrive. In case of bad weather, trip can be reschedule for new available date free of charge (based on availabilty). No smoking indoors. There is a designated smoking area on the outer back deck of the boat. RENTER acknowledges that he/she is responsible for any damage to the VESSEL caused by the RENTER or their guests. These damages can include, but are not limited to: a. Damage to Cushions, Flooring or Upholstery. b. Toilet blockages caused by paper products or other toiletries flushed in the system. (minimum of $100 per incident) c. If any damages to VESSEL occur, OWNER will assess damage and notify RENTER of the amount required for repairs. d. If RENTER does not agree to the amount assessed, OWNER will obtain 2 independent assessments, and RENTER will be responsible to pay OWNER the lesser of the 2 assessments. Please drink responsibly. You may provide your own captain, provided that they meet our standards, hold a valid Toronto Harbour License and Master 60 license, and submit a video demonstrating their ability to dock a vessel of 50 feet or more in length and 20,000 pounds or more in displacement, without the use of bow or stern thrusters.
