• Prices are in Euro, per week & include current VAT 12%. Charter period: 6 nights / 7 days. • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. • Embarkation: Starting date from 17:00 / Disembarkation: Ending date by 09:00 – Compulsory return at the base the evening before the end of the charter at 18:00 the latest. Check-in/out procedures time is considered part of the charter period. Charter rates do not include hostess services, fuel/water consumption, mooring fees, canal fees, provisioning. • Crew list, copy of skipper’s license, copy of the charterer’s passport, arrival details & contact numbers are required the latest one week prior to embarkation. • Charters during the special offer period are subject to availability, because of winter maintenance works. • During a special offer period, no discounts are applicable, unless otherwise agreed. • Obligatory & Optional extras are payable at the base in cash, prior to embarkation. • The yacht is being checked thoroughly underwater by a professional diver during every check out procedure. • Claims are negotiable, only via e-mail, within 3 days from the end of the charter. Any claim after such a period, maybe disregarded. Optional extras should be preordered at least one week before the charter. Extras that may be ordered at the base prior to embarkation are subject to last-minute availability. • Base Info and general charter documentation, which are considered valid, are only the ones currently uploaded at our page and replace any previous. • No pets are permitted onboard unless this will be accepted by our company in the written confirmation. In this case, an extra fee may be applied. Cancellation Policy • 121 days or more before embarkation, a full refund (However, an administration fee of €100.00 is applicable) • 120 to 90 days before embarkation, 30% of the total charter fee. • 89 to 31 days before embarkation, 50% of the total charter fee. • Less than 30 days before embarkation, 100% of the total charter fee. • No show: Withhold of every paid amount. • If payments are not processed by the due dates, the company reserves the right, without any liability, to cancel the booking & charter the yacht to a third party. • Cancellation of crew services: 1 to 60 days before embarkation, 30% of the total service fee. • Refunds will be made only in case the yacht will be chartered again under the same conditions. Security Deposit Options • For all charters, cover against damage or loss to the yacht and her equipment is required and can be settled in three different ways, as further detailed below. • During the booking process of the charterer is required to select one of the three available options and inform our company via written confirmation, in order for the booking confirmation to be issued. • If the Damage Waiver will be selected, its cost (only the non-ref amount) will be added to the invoice and must be paid in advance along with the charter fee. If the Non-refundable Insurance will be selected, it’s total cost will be added to the invoice and must be paid in advance along with the charter fee. • In case none of these options has been selected, the charterer can then pay a higher Security Deposit upon arrival at the base. 1st option: Damage Waiver* • When choosing the Damage Waiver a sum of €350.00 is required and should be paid in advance along with the charter fee and can’t be refunded in any case. • In addition, a sum of and €950.00 as a damage deposit will be asked at base prior to embarkation. This amount will cover any damage or loss of the yacht and her equipment during the charter period and is refundable in case of no damages, losses or breaches. • The damage waiver is valid for charters of the maximum duration of 2 weeks. For charters with a longer duration, the non-ref amount of damage waiver is surcharged by 50% for each additional week. The company reserves the right not to accept the damage waiver. 2nd option: Non-refundable Insurance* • When choosing the Non-refundable Insurance a sum of €690.00 is required and should be paid in advance along with the charter fee. This amount will cover damages or losses of the yacht and her equipment during the charter period and can’t be refunded in any case. • The insurance amount does not cover three specific damages/losses/breaches, as follows: 1. Damage or loss caused by violation or theft. 2. Damage and/or loss of the yacht’s dinghy and/or the outboard engine. 3. Yacht’s full refill with diesel upon return at the base. Insurance is valid for charters of maximum duration of 2 weeks. For charters with a longer duration, the amount of insurance is surcharged by 50% for each additional week. The company reserves the right not to accept Non-refundable Insurance. 3rd option: Security Deposit* • When choosing the Security Deposit a sum of and €3,500.00 will be asked at base prior to embarkation. This amount will cover any damage or loss of the yacht and her equipment during the charter period and is refundable in case of no damages, losses or breaches. • The company reserves the right not to accept payment of Security Deposit in cash. *You may contact us for the detailed policy of each deposit option type.
