RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS Arrival & Departure * Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled departure time. * Rental time begins at the scheduled booking time. Late arrivals will not extend the rental period. * If the boat experiences an unexpected delay caused by the operator, rental time will begin once the boat is ready for departure. Cancellation & Refund Policy * All bookings are final and non-refundable. * No refunds will be issued for cancellations, late arrivals, no-shows, changes of plans, or early departures. * Cancellation requests made at least 5 days before departure may be eligible for rescheduling, subject to availability and approval. * No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law or Getmyboat’s governing policies. Weather Conditions * In the event of severe weather, thunderstorms, hurricanes, or unsafe boating conditions, guests may reschedule their reservation to another available date. * The captain has final authority regarding weather-related safety decisions. * Any refunds required by Getmyboat’s policies or applicable law will be honored. Safety & Responsibility * All guests must follow the captain’s safety instructions. * The captain reserves the right to modify or terminate a trip for safety reasons. * Guests are responsible for damages caused by negligence or misuse of the vessel.
