He is a retired AIr Force Veteran, Graduate of Physics from teh University of Central Florida and loves our 43' Hatteras & all it offers. Phil is married to Co-Founder Amy Cimber- Snodgrass who also grew up being on the ocean and has been planning events for over 3 decades.
