Safety is our top priority, and the captain has final authority regarding weather, passenger conduct, swimming conditions, and operation of the boat. - Weather: If the captain determines conditions are unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule or process the booking according to GetMyBoat’s weather and cancellation policies. - Late arrivals: Charter time begins at the scheduled start time. Arriving late may shorten your trip so we do not delay later bookings. - No-shows: No shows and last minute cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at booking. - Guests: Maximum capacity is 6 guests. Children and non swimmers must wear properly fitted life jackets. - Alcohol: Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted for guests of legal drinking age. The captain does not drink. No illegal drugs, glass containers, or disorderly behavior. - Boat care: No smoking, vaping, red wine, spray sunscreen, or shoes that could damage or stain the interior. - Swimming: Swimming is permitted only when and where the captain approves.
