We strongly recommend arriving early so all guests are present and ready to board on time. • Guest delays or late arrivals do not extend the scheduled charter time. • If the vessel experiences an unexpected delay that is not caused by the guest, the charter time will begin once the vessel is ready to depart, ensuring guests receive their full booked charter time. • Cancellations made at least 10 days before the scheduled charter are eligible for a refund in accordance with the cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 10 days before the charter are non-refundable. • In the event of a hurricane, severe storm, or unsafe weather conditions that prevent the charter from operating safely, the reservation may be rescheduled to another available date. • Free celebration decoration is included when requested in advance.
