The renter must refill the fuel tank upon return. • The boat must be returned on time and in the same condition as received. • No operation of the vessel while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. • The owner reserves the right to refuse rental if safety requirements are not met. • Weather and sea conditions may affect departure schedules for safety reasons.
